PRACTICAL ACTING COURSES

Our ten week courses will take place at the prestigious Arts Ed Drama School in Chiswick, allowing you to immerse yourself in the world of acting in a world-class setting. Arts Ed is conveniently located in West London, a 4 minute walk from Turnham Green, which is zone 2 on the District Line tube.

The course will focus on the practical elements of Stanislavski, Stella Adler, Sanford Meisner and Lee Strasberg.

HOW LONG ARE THE CLASSES?

Each class is 2 hours long - from 18:30-20:30 So we ask all participants to be prompt with their arrival.

HOW MUCH IS THE COURSE?

The course is £275 for the 10 weeks.

DO YOU HAVE TO BE A PROFESSIONAL ACTOR TO ATTEND?

Practical Acting is geared towards everyone that wants to work on performance. There is generally a mix of expereinces in the room.

WHO TEACHES THE CLASS?

Dan Caren. Dan works as an agent at a boutique talent agency representing actors in television, film and theatre. He has been teaching for 20 years whilst working as an actor.

Dan received his BA (Hons) in Acting from Arts Ed, London.

HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL BE ON MY COURSE?

The course runs with a maximum of 12 people.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT?

Planned, focused and fun classes taught by a passionate experienced teacher focusing on acting and performance.

CAN I COME AND WATCH A CLASS?

Unfortunately not. We create safe spaces for actors to work together allowing themselves to take risks and in turn be vulnerable. So we don't allow observers.
